Larger gains in Shanghai bonded zone zinc stocks

Stocks expanded 8,000 mt from a week ago to stand at 56,000 mt as of Friday Dec 21

SHANGHAI, Dec 21 (SMM) – Zinc ingot stocks across Shanghai bonded areas expanded 8,000 mt from a week ago to 56,000 mt as of Friday December 21, SMM data showed.

Inventories increased for nine consecutive weeks and this week’s increase was twice as much as growth in the previous week.

SMM learned that seaborne cargoes likely to arrive next week.

SHFE nonferrous metals all went up today, amid the dovish statement by the European Central Bank president, the high US jobless claims, and the high July PMI in Eurozone.
