SHANGHAI, Dec 17 (SMM) – Stable demand for ternary materials and annual production targets at producers increased China's output of cobalt sulphate to 3,660 mt in November, from October’s 2,315 mt, SMM data showed. Both were in metal content.
Prices of cobalt sulphate remained at lows but stable downstream demand kept producers operating at high rates, SMM learned.
Tight supplies of raw materials at a large smelter lowered its sales of cobalt sulphate in November, in order to ensure production of ternary precursor.
