Hebei steelmaker lowers silico-manganese purchasing price

It settled its purchasing price of silico-manganese alloy for its 2nd Dec tender at 8,750 yuan/mt on acceptance

SHANGHAI, Dec 13 (SMM) – A large steelmaker in Hebei settled its purchasing price of silico-manganese alloy for its second December tender at 8,750 yuan/mt on acceptance this week, SMM learned.

The price, including tax and transport costs, is 200 yuan/mt down from that for the first December tender. The procurement volume stood at 19,990 mt.
