Price CenterDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightSHANGHAI, Dec 3 (SMM) – Seventy-two vessels carrying 10.48 million mt of iron ore are expected to arrive at major Chinese ports during November 30 –December 6, up 1.22 million mt from that during November 23-29, SMM data showed.
Some Shandong ports and all Tangshan ports are estimated to see more arrivals in early December.
For the same period, iron ore shipments departing Australian ports are expected to increase by 720,000 mt to 16.08 million mt as port maintenance ends, while iron ore shipments leaving Brazilian ports are likely to fall 690,000 mt to 7.39 million mt.
