This will cut daily output of wire rods by 4,000 mt at the mill

SHANGHAI, Nov 28 (SMM) – Yingkou Jiachen Group in China's northern province of Liaoning plans to conduct staggered maintenance on two blast furnaces of 1,580 m³ from mid-December. This will affect molten iron production by 5,000 mt per day, SMM expects.

Staggered maintenance is scheduled to last 40 days. Lower supplies of molten iron will cut daily output of wire rods by 4,000 mt at the mill, SMM forecasts.
