Report: WM Motor launches EV power battery project in Sichuan

Construction of a 15-GWh EV power battery project began in Mianyang city of Sichuan province on Monday Nov 19
Construction of a 15-GWh electric vehicle (EV) power battery project, named the Sichuan Semia Battery Technology, began in Mianyang city of Sichuan province on Monday November 19, Santainews reported.
Chinese electric mobility startup WM Motor is the major investor in this project.
With total investment of 16.6 billion yuan, this project will supply power batteries for 300,000 EVs per year and will help the manufacturer expand its new-energy vehicle products.
