Report: Qinghai Oled commissions magnesium oxide, hydroxide project

The project has 20,000 mt/year of refined magnesium oxide capacity and 10,000 mt/year of magnesium hydroxide capacity

SHANGHAI, Nov 21 (SMM) – Oled Magnesium Industry, in Delhi city of China's Qinghai province, commissioned its magnesium oxide and magnesium hydroxide project on November 18, according to local news sources.

The project began construction in April this year and has 20,000 mt/year of refined magnesium oxide capacity and 10,000 mt/year of magnesium hydroxide capacity. Full production will bring annual output value of the plant to 216 million yuan.

Qinghai Oled Magnesium Industry is a subsidiary of Weifang Wanfeng New Materials Technology in Shandong province, SMM learned.
