Report: Narada’s Huabo commissions world’s largest lead recycling project

Huabo Renewable Resources Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Narada Power, commissioned a lead recycling project that can treat 1.2 million mt of lead-acid battery scrap per year in Jieshou, Anhui province, on Sunday November 11, Securities Times reported.

The project began construction in July 2017 and is expected to become the world's largest lead recycling plant after reaching full capacity.

In the first half of 2018, Huabo Technology saw its revenue expand 37.61% year on year to stand at 2.32 billion yuan, with net profits of 359 million yuan.
