Report: Shenzhen Jinyuan invests in power battery project
The company will invest 3.9 billion yuan to construct an auto power battery project at Linkong economic zone in Hubei province
SHANGHAI, Nov 8 (SMM) – Shenzhen Jinyuan New Energy Technology will invest 3.9 billion yuan to construct an auto power battery project at the Linkong economic zone in Xiaogan city of Hubei province, after the two parties signed an agreement on November 1.
The project will produce ternary batteries with a high nickel content. Its overall annual capacity is planned at 8Gwh, with capacity for the first-phase at 2Gwh and the second-phase 6Gwh.
