SHANGHAI, Oct 29 (SMM) – Some 7,700 mt of pig iron daily production will be affected as Yonggang Group in Jiangsu province released its scheduled maintenance for November, which was mostly in line with SMM’s expectations.
Maintenance will suspend three blast furnaces of 500 m³ from November 1-30, and a furnace of 1,080 m³ from November 1-18.
The Group’s No. 2 plant for wire rods production will undergo overhaul during November 1-15, and a plant for rebar production will undergo maintenance from November 1 to December 15, SMM learned.
