SHANGHAI, Oct 25 (SMM) – Restocking across silicon traders in the week to Thursday October 25 slowed after they stockpiled between the end of September to the start of October. Traders built stockpiles, driven by an upbeat outlook on silicon prices in the upcoming dry season.
