DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightSHANGHAI, Oct 22 (SMM) – Some 20,836 mt of copper scrap, across nine companies, received the green light in the 22nd and latest batch of approvals for restricted solid scrap imports, according to the release last week by the solid waste management centre of China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE).
The 22nd batch of approvals brought total approved copper scrap imports this year to 935,600 mt, down some 68.87% from the volumes approved in 11 batches last year.
