Report: Transactions of resale homes in Sep dip 15%

Transaction volumes in Sep fell 11% from a year ago and stood at 52,000, in a survey of 10 cities

SHANGHAI, Oct 10 (SMM) – Transactions of resale homes fell 15% month on month in the traditional high season of September, in a survey of 10 major cities in China, showed data from property research agency E-house China R&D Institute. 

Transaction volumes of resale homes in September fell 11% from a year ago and stood at 52,000. The market is expected to continue to cool in the fourth quarter, said Wang Jinzhao, a researcher at the institute.
