SHANGHAI, Sep 10 (SMM) – Iron ore arrivals will decline for the first time in four consecutive weeks. Some 64 vessels with 9.49 million mt of iron ore are expected to arrive at major Chinese ports during September 7-13, down 1.02 million mt from 10.51 million mt during August 31- September 6, SMM data showed.
For the same period, volumes of iron ore departing Australian ports are likely to increase by 1.03 million mt to 15.79 million mt while those leaving Brazilian ports are likely to decrease by 130,000 mt to 7.01 million mt.
