Domestic producers accept Weiqiao's purchasing price of prebaked anode

Prices in Sept stand at 3,500 yuan/mt in cash and 3,535 yuan/mt on acceptance

SHANGHAI, Sep 3 (SMM) – Domestic producers accepted an upward adjustment of 220 yuan/mt in Weiqiao's purchasing price of prebaked anode as of Monday September 3.

This brought September's price to 3,500 yuan/mt in cash and 3,535 yuan/mt on acceptance.

The agreement followed after producers opposed Weiqiao's initial adjustment last week and demanded higher prices.
