SHANGHAI, Aug 13 (SMM) – Primary aluminium inventories across major consumption areas in China shrank over the weekend as deliveries from the northwest were delayed, SMM learned as of Monday August 13.
The stocks across eight consumption areas in the country, including SHFE warrants, shrank some 9,000 mt from last Thursday to stand at 1.766 million mt as of August 13, SMM data showed.
Details are as follows:
Wuxi, Jiangsu – 746,000 mt
Shanghai – 409,000 mt
Nanhai, Guangdong – 235,000 mt
Gongyi, Henan – 153,000 mt
Hangzhou, Zhejiang – 112,000 mt
Tianjin – 59,000 mt
Linyi, Shandong – 27,000 mt
Chongqing – 25,000 mt
