Daily crude steel output at CISA member mills extends decline in late-Jul

Inventories during Jul 21-31 shrank 2.5% from Jul 11-20 and stood at 1.91 million mt, according to CISA data

SHANGHAI, Aug 10 (SMM) – Average daily output of crude steel across China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) member mills during July 21-31 shrank 2.5% from July 11-20 and stood at 1.91 million mt, according to CISA data. This came after a 0.92% drop during July 11-20.

As of July 31, inventories of steel products across these mills declined 7.45% from July 20 and came in at 11.44 million mt.
