SHANGHAI, Jun 25 (SMM) – Average daily output of crude steel at member mills of the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) during June 1-10 stood at 1.98 million mt, up 25,500 mt from the level during May 21-31, according to data from CISA.
This marked a rebound after a decline of some 50,000 mt during May 21-31 compared to 10 days earlier.
Steel inventories across CISA member companies came in at 12.24 million mt as of June 10, up 410,000 mt from the level on May 31.
