Baosteel settled its May purchasing price of manganese in a tender at 12,500 yuan/mt delivered, SMM learned.

SHANGHAI, May 4 (SMM) – Baosteel settled its May purchasing price of manganese in a tender at 12,500 yuan/mt delivered, down 150 yuan/mt from the second tender in April but flat with the first one last month, SMM learned.

The procurement volume stood at 4,000 mt.

The price was inclusive of tax and transportation, and payments will be made in acceptance.
