SHANGHAI, Apr 26 (SMM) – Galvanising plants across north China maintained normal operations and did not suspend operations in April as the weather held up, SMM research found.
In March, production across galvanising plants in north China was affected by the two political sessions and the polluted weather. Pollution continued to keep plants from production until the end of March. Since the start of April, the weather has cleared up and production has recovered.
It was heard that production may have halted for environmental checks.
