Aluminium inventory edges down on stable consumption

SHANGHAI, Apr 16 (SMM) – China's inventory of aluminium including SHFE warrants amounted to 2.216 million mt as of Monday April 16, according to SMM data. This is down 15,000 mt from 2.231 million mt recorded on Thursday April 12.

Details are as follows:

Wuxi, Jiangsu – 898,000 mt

Shanghai – 448,000 mt

Nanhai, Guangdong – 421,000 mt

Gongyi, Henan – 183,000 mt

Hangzhou, Zhejiang – 152,000 mt

Tianjin – 57,000 mt

Linyi, Shandong – 35,000 mt

Chongqing – 22,000 mt
