SHANGHAI, Apr 4 (SMM) – An aluminium die-casting company in Chengdu city expects its operating rate in April to be about 60%, sources told SMM. This would be lower than the level seen during the same month last year, they added.
The firm had declined 70% of the orders from Europe in the first quarter, due to lower export margins resulted from higher labour costs and output cut on environmental protection measures, SMM learned.
