SHANGHAI, Mar 13 (SMM) – China's export orders of silicon received fewer inquiries recently and remained largely flat on adequate overseas supplies, SMM learned from Chinese exporters.
Some Chinese exporters lowered their offers in order to destock, but had little effect.
Silicon prices remained firm. as non-oxygen #553 silicon at Tianjin port traded at 13,000 yuan/mt and oxygen 553# traded at 13,700-13,800 yuan/mt.
