China produced 2.71 million mt of aluminium last month, down 1.8% on a yearly basis, according to data from the state statistics bureau on Thursday January 18.
Full-year output in 2017 was 32.27 million mt, up 1.6% on a yearly basis
In December, output of 10 nonferrous metals, including copper, aluminium, lead, zinc and nickel, rose 2.8% to 4.72 million mt. Full-year output stood at 53.78 million mt, up 3% on a yearly basis.
