SHANGHAI, Dec.15 (SMM)-China's ministry of environmental protection has set a new standard for all scrap metals imports. For non-ferrous scrap, impurities including plastic scrap, rubber scrap, glass scrap and other powder-form scrap should weigh no more than 1% of the total weight.
