Zambia's copper output to see further growth on stable power supply and rising prices.

SHANGHAI, Dec 15 (SMM)-Zambia’s copper output is estimated to reach 800,000-850,000 mt in 2017, up from 774,290 mt last year due to stable power supply and rising copper prices, according to Christopher Yaluma, Zambian minster of mine.

He added that output could hit 1 million mt in 2018 with continuous improvement in power supply and market condition.
