SHANGHAI, Dec 13 (SMM)-China’s new-energy vehicles output and sales will reach 700,000 units in 2017, and increase further to 1 million units in 2018, according to Wan Gang, the country's minister of science and technology. He made the comment at a meeting with visiting director of the International Energy Agency on December 8 in Beijing.
