SHANGHAI, Dec.12 (SMM)-Multiple Wall Street investment banks have warned that 2018 will see the tightest monetary policies among developed economies since 2006. The average benchmark interest rate is likely to rise to 1% or above from the current 0.68%, casting a cloud over the stability of financial markets next year.
