Enormous Copper Inventory Transfer from LME to SHFE

As per data released by LME, its copper inventory is 183,525 tons, refreshing new low since June 2016.

SHANGHAI, Dec.4 (SMM)－As per data released by LME, its copper inventory is 183,525 tons, refreshing new low since June 2016, saying 13^th consecutive trading days of slipping inventory. COMEX copper inventory is 208,760 short tons. SHFE copper inventory increased to 168,987 tons last Friday, saying 5^th consecutive week of rising inventory with over 56% gain.

SHFE Copper Warrants Rise by 3,599 MT, Mainly in Shanghai Area

[SMM Copper Flash] During the day, the SHFE warrant daily report showed that copper futures warrants increased by 3,599 mt to 319,087 mt. The increase was mainly in the Shanghai area; data showed that the Shanghai area increased by 4,103 mt to 167,865 mt, while the Jiangsu area decreased by 504 mt to 95,150 mt.
