It is reported that Canadian smelting plant Noranda has announced to recover production recently.

SHANGHAI, Nov.28 (SMM)－It is reported that Canadian smelting plant Noranda has announced to recover production recently. One smelting plant subordinated to Noranda in Quebec had gone on a strike since Feb.12^th. SMM thinks with production recovery of foreign mines, overseas smelting plants are likely to recover in the meanwhile, which may become one of the most important risk to influence zinc price next year. SMM will keep following on the news of newly-recovered zinc suppliers both home and abroad.
