Cooling real estate market not only restrains demand of base metals but also that of household appliances.

SHANGHAI, Nov.28 (SMM)－Cooling real estate market not only restrains demand of base metals but also that of household appliances. As per data officially released, sales of air-conditioner and washing machine in October slumped for 11.7% and 8.4% on monthly basis respectively. Despite expected better household appliance sales in November boosted by the Double 11 Day, weakened real estate sales will gradually get to encumber zinc consumption in the long term.
