SMM learned that domestic lead-zinc ores have been in shortage for a long time.

SHANGHAI, Nov.27 (SMM)－SMM learned that domestic lead-zinc ores have been in shortage for a long time. In December, some plants in Inner Mongolia, Tibet and Xinjiang will suspend production due to weather conditions, which will lead to reduction in concentrate output. Also, with current ratio of SHFE and LME, imported ores of lead and zinc is still in great loss. Also imported concentrate volume is limited. Overall speaking, the shortage cannot be alleviated in the short term. Lead-zinc TC in December will keep in a low level.
