China Increased Anti-dumping Tax Rate for Korean Polycrystalline Silicon

Ministry of Commerce of China published their interim ruling on the dumping of Korean’s polycrystalline silicon (for solar energy) on their website.

SHANGHAI, Nov 21 (SMM) – Ministry of Commerce of China published their interim ruling on the dumping of Korean’s polycrystalline silicon (for solar energy) on their website.

The tax rate will be adjusted as 4.4% - 113.8% from Nov 22, 2017 for the anti-dumping. On January 20, 2014, Ministry of Commerce decided to tax on Korean polycrystalline silicon (for solar energy) for 5 years, and the tax rate applicable for Korean polycrystalline silicon enterprises were 2.4% - 48.7%.
