SHANGHAI, Nov.21 (SMM)－Zhuzhou Smelting Group released notice on Nov.20^th, the company plans to construct a zinc smelting project of annual capacity of 300,000 tonnes in Hengyang City. The total investment is estimated to be 5.066 billion yuan. As financially calculated, internal fiscal yield is 10.45%.
