SHANGHAI, Nov.17 (SMM)-One insider from state-owned bank says, recently banks has restarted pressure test of real estate industry, probably to tighten loans of radical housing enterprises of high leverage or heavy debt, to lower systematic risk of financing institution. Overseas financing, asset securitization and setting up buyout fund with financing institution become new methods for financing of housing enterprises.
