SHANGHAI, Nov.15 (SMM)－Zhang Bo, CEO of China Hongqiao Group says the company has closed all aluminium plants as per requirement of local government. He says the national plan on output&capacity cuts should base on not only some companies or some projects but various factors including project quality. He keeps bearish at long-term price prospect of aluminium and confident in supply-side reform and demand prospect.
