Output restriction on alumina industry is not mentioned as a method of environment protection.

SHANGHAI, Nov 15 (SMM) – Xiaoyi Environment Protection Bureau released an announcement about the emergency response plan on heavy air pollution. Measures are listed in response of different levels of air pollution, but output restriction on alumina industry is not mentioned in the plan.
