SHANGHAI, Nov.9 (SMM)－As per China Metallurgical News, domestic scrap steel consumption has broken 100 million tonnes, marking China’s era of large-scale application of scrap steel has arrived. The 13^th Five-year Plan will be the material transition of China’s steel industry development.
