SHANGHAI, Nov.7 (SMM) – Lead cathode plate (after inner formation) was quoted 20,800-21,000 today. Storage Battery enterprises kept tightening their production. With the influence of heating season, some medium and small size storage battery enterprises decreased or stopped their production.
