High-Grade Silicon Plants in Fujian Plan to Resume Production

SHANGHAI, Nov.3 (SMM)－Since the preferential electricity price will expire in September and furnaces are not in good condition, some high-grade silicon plants in Sanming City of Fujian Province has suspended their production in September. After one month’s maintenance, three silicon plants in Saming plan to resume production recently, mainly producing 3303#, 2502, 2202# low phosphor-boron silicon. It is estimated till mid this month, there will be 4 high-grade silicon plants in Sanming will resume.
