SHANGHAI, Oct. 25 (SMM)－According to quite a few steel plants, recently market of stainless steel finished products has been declining, with few newly-increased orders. Many plants plan to reduce stainless steel output in November, including several plants in North China and one plant in East China. The domestic stainless steel output in November is estimated to drop continuously.
