Premium of Tianjin Spot Zinc Drops in Step, How’s it Going?

Up to dispatch, premium of Tianjin 0# Zinc of ordinary brand against Contract 1711 is 20-130 yuan per tonne, dropping by 150 yuan per tonne compared with 180-260 yuan per tonne last week.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 24 (SMM)－Up to dispatch, premium of Tianjin 0# Zinc of ordinary brand against Contract 1711 is 20-130 yuan per tonne, dropping by 150 yuan per tonne compared with 180-260 yuan per tonne last week. Premium of Tianjin market against Shanghai market is 140 yuan per tonne. Premium of Tianjin zinc market drops continuously with rising supply and shrinking consumption. The price difference between two places enlarges again. SMM predicts Tianjin market will keep premium against Shanghai market in the short ter. From November, premium of Tianjin market may improve for a flat premium between two places.
