SHANGHAI, Oct. 24 (SMM)－After the long holiday see a continuous rise of copper price. With the completion of environmental inspection, scrap copper holders are willing to selling out. Price difference between concentrates and scrap enlarges at about 2,200 yuan per tonne. Substitution effect of scrap copper for concentrates copper has rebounded.
