SMM learned from some North zinc oxide plants, that most of them are producing normally without being effected.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 18 (SMM)－As per SMM information, due to North production limit and opening of the 19^th CPC National Congress, some zinc-coating plants in North has suspended or reduced their production. SMM learned from some North zinc oxide plants, that most of them are producing normally without being effected. Since reorganization of plants due to environmental inspection has finished, the plants that has restarted all prove to be qualified for environmental protection. SMM predicts the launching rate of zinc oxide plants in October will keep stable and slight increase.
