Eyes will be on 19th CPC National Congress held today.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 18 (SMM) – Eyes will be on 19th CPC National Congress that kicked off today. LME aluminum will move within USD 2,140-2,155/mt today and test resistance at the 10-day moving average, while SHFE 1712 aluminum will range RMB 16,150-16,400/mt.

In east China’s spot aluminum market, spot discounts are expected at RMB 200-160/mt.
