SHANGHAI, Oct. 18 (SMM) – Market investors are now eying China’s 19th CPC National Congress, opening on Wednesday, and waiting for more direction from the meeting. On Tuesday’s night trading, a stronger dollar and market caution before China’s meeting sent down most of base metals.
