SHANGHAI, Oct. 17 (SMM)－Jiangxi Province takes the lead to introduce the whole-industry chain controlling measures of rare earth. Those enterprises approved for its production plan of rare earth are allowed to do mining, import and sales of rare earth within the plan. Any organization or person that does rare earth mining without license shall be prohibited by local country government. The relevant department shall take compulsory administrative measures and for those suspected crime-involved shall be turned over to public securityc organs. Those enterprises approved for its production plan of rare earth’s sum of legal imported amount of raw materials and mining total quantity shall not exceed the approved plan. Those without plan shall not import raw materials.
