Shandong’s Zibo Releases Winter Cut Policy for Carbon Plants, SMM Says

Zibo City of Shandong, a major prebaked anode producing province, has released output cut policy in winter heating season.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 12 (SMM) – Zibo City of Shandong, a major prebaked anode producing province, has released output cut policy in winter heating season.

According to government website of Zibo, all local carbon plants will halt production from Nov. 15, 2017 till Mar. 15, 2018.

SMM will closely track implementation of the policy.
