SHANGHAI, Oct. 11 (SMM) - Fankou lead-zinc mine will close for 15 days for checks on its electric wire and cable as required.

What’s the impact from the closure?

The shutdown will likely reduce zinc concentrate output by approximately 10,000 tonnes, and production at its smelter will also drop in October for the decline of raw material.
