Weiqiao Group Hikes Smaller-than-Expected Purchase Price for Prebaked Anode for October Delivery

SHANGHAI, Oct. 9 (SMM) – Weiqiao Group raised prebaked anode purchasing prices by RMB 95/mt for October delivery, and carbon plants finally accepted the price, the first time in recent several months, SMM learns.

Some carbon plants expressed their pessimistic outlook for price, according to SMM sources.
